Contact form
When you submit a request through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, the content of your message, and any files you upload (CAD, PDF, RAR, or ZIP, up to 2 files).
Client Portal accounts
If you register for an account on our Client Portal (app.weldpure.com), we collect the registration details you provide, including your name, email address, and login credentials (stored in encrypted form). Portal users may also upload or view weld records and inspection data as part of project work.
Analytics

File uploads submitted with inquiries — deleted when the related project or inquiry is closed, or within 24 months.
Client Portal accounts — retained until you request deletion.
Analytics data — retained per Google Analytics retention settings (default 14 months).
What rights you have over your data
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to erase it, by emailing info@weldpure.com. We may retain data required for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law (e.g. GDPR, CCPA).
