These stainless steel sanitary tees can be customized to suit specific piping requirements. In addition to standard and large tube sizes, we can accommodate non-standard dimensions, including tube OD, branch diameter, wall thickness, overall length, and other connection dimensions. Material and internal/external surface finishes can also be specified independently. Custom tees can be produced from drawings, CAD files, samples, or detailed dimensional requirements.

1. What sizes of sanitary tees can you customize?
We can customize sanitary tees with tube OD from 12.7 to 325 mm, including non-standard sizes and large-diameter configurations.
2. Can the branch diameter be customized?
Yes. The branch diameter can be specified independently according to your piping requirements, including equal and reducing tee configurations.
3. Can the length of the tee be customized?
Yes. The overall length and branch dimensions can be customized according to drawings, samples, or specified dimensions.
4. Can the wall thickness be customized?
Yes. Wall thickness can be customized to match the tube specification and application requirements.
5. Can the internal and external surface finishes be different?
Yes. ID and OD surface finishes can be specified independently. For example, the internal surface can be polished while the external surface has a satin or brushed finish.
6. Can you manufacture a tee according to a drawing or sample?
Yes. We can work from 2D drawings, 3D CAD files, samples, dimensions, or equipment requirements to determine the required configuration.
7. Can large-diameter sanitary tees be customized?
Yes. Custom configurations are available for larger tube sizes up to 325 mm OD, subject to the required dimensions and manufacturing method.
8. Do you accept small quantities or one-off custom orders?
Small-batch and one-off custom requirements can be considered. The minimum quantity and production feasibility depend on the specific configuration.
