Multi-Port Fittings
Sanitary 180° U-bend tube with a compact semicircular bend, available in 304 and 316L stainless steel. The tube can be TIG welded and polished for hygienic process piping, with custom dimensions and end configurations available according to drawings or samples.
- What tube diameters are available?
- The standard customization range is 19–76 mm in tube outside diameter. Dimensions within this range can be manufactured according to the required configuration.
- What is the maximum wall thickness?
- The wall thickness can be customized up to 2.0 mm, depending on the tube diameter, bend radius, and manufacturing requirements.
- Can the bend radius be customized?
- Yes. The bend radius can be specified according to the piping layout and application requirements, subject to the manufacturing limits of the selected tube size and wall thickness.
- Can the straight sections of the U-bend be customized?
- Yes. The straight length on either side of the 180° bend can be customized according to drawings, dimensions, or installation requirements.
- Can the U-bend be supplied with polished surfaces?
- Yes. Mechanical polishing and other specified surface finishes can be provided according to the application and cleanliness requirements.
- What welding methods are available?
- The U-bend can be manufactured with TIG welding and, where suitable, orbital welding for clean and hygienic piping applications.
